Bits & Pieces
Some final points to remember:
- Font alterations - If you are unhappy with the font size or color globally (across your entire site), please contact our office. Do not manually change each block of text.
- Images - I know... this was covered in the ADA section, BUT it is the #1 reason websites are not published on the first review. Alt text must be added to every image, including slideshows and gallery images. See Alt Text for directions. Refer to Accessibility Guidelines and download the guide for complete information.
- SEO information - fill out the site description and keywords. Our office will add Google Analytics tracking to all faculty websites. Graduate students may add their own, if desired.
