Embed Video and Audio
You can add multimedia content from vimeo.com, blip.tv, ustream.com, and many other providers using our Embed Code element.
Then get the embed code for whatever you're looking to add to the site. This can usually be accessed via an embed or share button found on or near the content you're looking to share.
Here we see an example of embeddable code connected to a video that is hosted on vimeo.com.

Once you have the embed code, click the Embed Code HTML button to paste it in place.
When you click off of the element, your content should appear (it may take a few seconds depending on the size). All done!
Note that there are a few situations where the content you've embedded won't show up on your site until you publish the changes. So if you don't see your video, form, or what have you in the editor, try Publishing to see if it shows up on the live site.
Embed an Audio File
Step One - Create the recording. You can do this through your phone using Voice Memos or any other method. Save the file and upload it to a 3rd party service.
Step Three - In your website editor, drag the Embed Code element on a page, click it and paste in the code you just copied. When you click away, the file will appear in a player.
